As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve, I wanted to update you on how the team here at 3 Lakes Landscaping, LLC. is navigating this new environment.
Per Emergency Order #17 issued under Section 18 of Executive Order 2020-04, the state of New Hampshire has defined commercial and residential landscaping services as essential services. As we continue to provide our services to customers during this pandemic, the health and wellbeing of our team members, customers, and the communities we serve is our greatest priority.
The 3 Lakes team is actively following the social distancing protocols recommended by the Department of Public Health, including:
- Limiting gatherings (including staff meetings) to fewer than 10 people;
- Keeping personnel six feet apart; and
- Encouraging employees to stay home when sick, and sending home those who report feeling ill or display symptoms.
We are also encouraging and practicing increased handwashing throughout the day and regularly disinfecting our vehicles and equipment.
Fortunately, the majority of our work is conducted outside, and we don’t typically need to interact with businesses and homeowners while we’re on site. We realize that many people are now working from home, and we will do our best to complete our work as quickly and thoroughly as possible. If you do have a question or need to speak with a 3 Lakes team member, please call us at (603) 728-8116 or use the Contact Form on our website.
Thank you for your understanding and patience. We’re closely following this situation and will communicate with you as necessary. We look forward to continuing to serve you, safely and responsibly.
Sincerely,
Colby Lenentine
